1. Privacy
FUNKY.TEES will keep your personal information in the strictest
confidence. It will not be sold, traded or revealed to other
organisations & businesses.
If you join the mailing list, we will send you occasional emails
informing you of news, product releases & special offers. Should you
decide that you would like to withdraw your subscription to the mailing
list, you can always remove your name from the list.
2. Confirmation of orders
We will do our best to accept all orders. However, this may not be
possible due to the exclusivity of our merchandise & limited stock. In
the event that your order is rejected, we ask that you consider
purchasing other items displayed in the Catalogue.
3. Cancellation of orders
Orders, once submitted via email, are final. They cannot be cancelled
after submission even if our acceptance or rejection of the order is
still pending.
Orders will be automatically cancelled in the event that payment is not
made within 3 working days after having received email confirmation of
the order.
4. Exchanges & returns
All sales are final & goods sold cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Our merchandise is carefully examined for defects before shipping &
wrapped to prevent damage. Purchases can be exchanged only if they
arrive damaged.
In the event that you receive damaged goods, please contact us at
closet.shoppe@gmail.com within 3 days after having received your
purchase.
We will ensure that an exchange is made immediately after you return
the item in its unused & original condition.
In the event that the purchase you wish to return is out of stock, you
can exchange it for another item of a similar or higher value and need
only top up the difference.
Delivery shall be free of charge in the event of an exchange.
Exchanges can be made only once with every transaction.
5. Website information
We have made every effort to provide you with accurate information on
our website. However, do note that there is an extremely minute chance
that inaccuracies, typographical errors and the omission of information
may occur. In such an event, we reserve the right to change information
on our website without prior notice.
We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colors
of the products shown on the web site. However, because the colors you
see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your
monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
Payment Modes
We currently provide 2 methods of payment. Please note that we only
accept local orders for now.
1. Cheque
Upon confirmation of your order, you will be sent information about
cheque payment.
Please allow up to 3 working days for the cheque to be cleared. Your
order will be delivered immediately after the cheque is cleared.
The cheque has to be made out in Singapore Dollars & issued by a
Singapore bank.
Please note that cheques are accepted only for local orders.
2. Bank transfer
Payment can be made to our company account either online via Internet
Banking Fund Transfer options provided by local banks or at any ATM
with Fund Transfer options.
The company account number will be sent along with the email
confirmation of your order.
Your order will be delivered only upon the receipt of payment. If
payment is not made within 3 working days after having received the
email confirmation, the order will be cancelled automatically.
Shipping Methods
We provide 2 types of shipping.
1. Standard mail
This service is provided by Singpost and is free of charge.
Your order will be shipped immediately after payment is received.
While your order will probably reach you earlier, please allow up to 7
days for shipping.
Please note that we cannot be held responsible in the event that
Singpost loses your mail. We personally weigh and stamp your order at
the post office before it is delivered. If you would like to opt for a
more secure delivery of your order, you may want to consider using
registered mail (option 2).
2. Registered mail
Registered mail ensures the secure delivery of your mail as it is given
a tracking number and requires that you acknowledge the receipt of your
order.
This service will cost you S$2 .
Although your order will probably reach you earlier, please allow up to
9 days for shipping. This is because additional time is taken for
Singpost to register your mail before it is shipped.
